PTE Exam Fees for Bangladeshi Students 2025

To pay for your PTE Academic exam fee, you can pay through any of the popular payment methods, including debit and credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, JCB, or American Express.

Candidates looking to register for the PTE Academic exam are required to visit the official PTE website, select their preferred PTE test and go ahead with the registration process. The PTE registration requires candidates to create a test-taker profile, update candidate details, select your preferred PTE test date and PTE test centre and go ahead with the PTE slot booking process.

Candidates are advised to check their test details (date and time) before paying the PTE registration fee, as any change post-fee payment would come at a fee. After confirmation, go ahead and pay your PTE exam fee of US $205 to book your PTE Academic Exam in Bangladesh.

You should note that you can register and pay for your PTE Academic exam up to 48 hours before your test time. But if you pay less than 48 hours before the exam, you will have to pay an additional ‘PTE Late Booking Fee’, which costs around BDT 908 (subject to change) over and above the PTE Academic exam fee.

If you need to either cancel or reschedule your PTE Academic exam, if there are more than 14 days before your exam, then you will be able to cancel or reschedule your test for free, but if there are fewer than 14 days, then it will incur a fee to change your exam dates as per the days left before your exam, as you will not be able to reschedule your test but cancel it and book your test again.

Note that you can only reschedule your exam up to 6 times for a single appointment.

2. Click on the “Reschedule” option and follow the instructions.

3. Select the new test time and location.

4. Ensure that you have entered the correct information.

5. Submit the updated information for free if there are more than 14 days until your test date.

6. If less than 14 days to your test, then cancel and re-apply for your test appointment.

• Log in to your myPTE account.

• Click on the “Cancel” option and follow the instructions.

• Select the new test time and location.

• Ensure that you have entered the correct information.

• Pay the cancellation fee, if applicable.

• If you cancel at least 14 days before your test, you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel between 8 and 13 days before your test, you will receive a 50% refund.

• If you cancel fewer than 7 days before your test, no refund will be provided.

If due to illness or family emergency, Pearson may, at its discretion, permit you to change your test date for free. Here is what to do if you don’t make it to the test due to medical or family emergencies:

• Fill in the ‘Request Emergency Reschedule’ form as soon as you are aware of your emergency and attach your evidence.

• This is allowed up to 14 days before your test date.

• You may be contacted for additional information if required.

You should remember that it is up to Pearson’s discretion to accept your request, and there is no automatic right to re-book or receive a refund for your test in the case that you are unable to attend it due to your claimed circumstances.
